Working Out From Home - Save the Commute and See the Results

I always say the hardest part of this work is in the gym. Now, if you want to go to the gym to work, you must wake up early, dress to work, drive to the gym, the audit, finding an available machine, your work at home and make you shower before heading to work . Of course to get the gym is the hardest part. With so much to fear, not surprising that the motivation is out the window.

What if we could stop all this and still achieve an incredible workout and how does this sound? Wake up, dress, Push your game and start learning! No fancy gym contributions of members no one else sweat slathered all equipment you use, do not worry about how you see when you are away grunting and sweating cm, no more tedious searching stations or parking, it is just you! A favorite exercise program. Why waste valuable time ready to work when you can do?

I, like many others are addicted to the gym. In my early twenties, I found myself in the gym for several hours a day. My guilty pleasure; Kick Boxing! I loved the empowerment felt during a class kicking the heavy bag with all my energy. I felt like ChunLi the Street Fighter video game. OK, enough about my crazy kick boxing addiction. Needless to say, life changing, as you have big. The marriage and my child, leading to the inability to transfer all those hours in the gym. With my metabolism, I need the high intensity workouts to shed the pounds.

Six years and 75 extra pounds later, when I saw an infomercial for Turbo Jam program. At this point I had so much weight that I am embarrassed to walk in the gym and not feel "fat girl" that everyone saw and evaluated. What I liked about Turbo Jam is that all you wanted KICK BOXING minus the heavy bags. Are you bobbing and weaving and throwing punches and kicks. Chalene Johnson, the author is responding to very good condition to remain loyal to the sport. We confess that I miss the heavy bags, but my joints. I got tendinitis in a number of other injuries in Kick Boxing gyms. I stay injury free with this program and get results. In a month, I lost TWENTY pounds. As they say, the results are not representative though not all in. Training will not work if you do not work!

There are many types of home workouts and something that is right for you. I was fortunate to know what is best for me with ease. The only thing that prevents you from the physical fitness goals that you want. Find what interests you. There are tonnes of home fitness workouts with yoga, weight training, pilates, hip hop dancing, there is something for everyone. Cut the middle man and work from home. With 40 minutes to drive from the gym and all the other times it was a mess in the "ready" for training, think of what could be done that day?

A friend sent me a nice quote the other day that incorporated much of what I have felt in recent years. "Both tears and sweat are salty, but make a different result. Tears get you sympathy, sweat will change." I spent much time feeling helpless and sorry for myself because I was so sorry to weight gain. I did finally found my inner strength and motivation, and here I am fifty pounds thinner and still in progress. Fortunately for home workouts! This would never be possible otherwise.

Remember, there is always time to train. Even if you start small, it is never too late for the results and feel good about yourself. You can handle it. Commit to Fit!
